20/02/24, informative shatzpost: Cartesian NWO Medicine

post by Gur Dimei

I’m gonna be perfectly honest with you. I do – as a clairvoyant individual – sense a correspondence between soul and body. Lately I’ve read Descartes’ Meditations and Principles, where he takes the position which rules that spirit is wholly superior to the body – far more “known”, embodied or affirmed in the domain of being than the sentient body, animals and vegetables.
The “dissident-right health-guru” Ray Peat has said once and again that we can trace the attitude of modern medicine – seeing the body as a modifiable, manipulatable prosthesis of the soul – to Cartesian mind-body dualism. Let me quote him1:

The ideology of culturally significant “intellectuals” – scientists, professors, neurobiologists, linguists, philosophers, oncologists, geneticists – in the US is deeply influenced by the dualism and mechanistic materialism of Rene DesCartes.

And:

An old idea in our culture, which still inclines many people to a “billiard ball” conception of mechanistic causality, is that matter must be ordered “from outside.” For Descartes, this involved a material world which lacks “secondary” qualities, i.e., every quality other than being present in space. That abstract world was supplemented by an utterly separate world of mind and spirit. Descartes’ spirit has continued to live in many geneticists, who see “selection” as an ordering principle imposed upon a stupid sort of material substance, which can vary only randomly, by chance.

I really think that Descartes was the philosopher of the wordcels. He favors descriptive ruminations on situations in his life which can be categorized as “comfy”, very sweet, but he always talks about “you know man, I was sitting by the fire today, and I wasn’t really doin’ anythin’. And I was thinking, y’know, maybe I am my own world. Maybe I am my own universe. Maybe nothing is there aside from this drifting thought that pushes down my mind, pulsating through my brain. Y’know, this is comfy life, this is my beautiful life. I am happy”. And this comfy vibe that he has is characteristic of wordcels such as ourselves, who don’t do shit and just sit and read Evola (ooooo) and Spengler (wuuuu) all day long. We’re lazy and comfy.
But you have to know that this view is dangerous, because there is really a link between spirit and body, which is indeed ignored by modern physicians. The health of your body affects the health of your spirit. But at the same time, fast and semen retention, which are (supposedly) physiologically bad for the body, refine and purify the spirit, and intensify our vital resources. So this is complex (why not?). Practically, health is indistinguishable from Christianity. The Rabbinic-kabbalistic teachings of original Christianity provide us with the guide to spiritual health. The gift of life, the gift of spirit, is the true spring of life that nourishes the initiate. The more you attain knowledge of the Gods, the purer, finer and greater you will be. This is my word for today. Cheers.
