The program of the cosmos is the integrity of Minerva-or-Noys, which consists of the infinite thoughts, progeny and productions of divine substance. The imprint of divine powers-and-energies upon Sylva’s oceanic womb leads to the germination of newer shapes and substances. “Hyle presents herself at your feet with all her progeny...” things begin with the saturated stuff-of-hyle asking to express itself, attain shape and quality, form and substance.
The beginning of worlds is in the conduct of the mens-divina upon his substance of possibilities – the constant, active enflowing of thoughts through realities, of images, lineaments and impressions through uterine systems and oceanic receptacles, producing numbers and letters, forms, notes and arrangements. “I, Noys, am the knowledge and judgment of the divine will...” the mother-of-things, Sophia, Eve-of-worlds, Noys, is the even-number, the device of divine substance, enacting dyads and discursions, founding archaic syzygies and complicating divisions. Without the judgmental agency of the wisdom-of-god, life cannot acquire substantiality, expressivity, activity. “I will refine away the greater part of her coarseness...” the judgmental operation of Noys upon Sylva gets conducted as distillation, refinery, extraction of substance from chaos. Extensification of life, fiery enaction of forms, birthing – production of universal substances, maximal milieus-of-power, organic tempular centres-of-wholeness. “I will produce a form for Silva, through union with which she may come to flower...” the copulation of Sylva with her form leads to the production of Endelechia – the deep form, the Soul-of-the-Universe, the archetype of Creation. The fertilization of divine matter is the fulfillment of God’s creative capacity, the creative realization of his pregnant mind’s substance-of-life.
